its been some time since i last blogged. was feeling tired and lazy after getting home from work just to blog. was supposed to work today, but i wasn't feeling well, so i didn't report to work today.
i am now currently working under FJ BENJAMIN, in GUESS at suntec boutique. selling apparels and timepieces. i would be in charge of timepieces there, so if ANYONE wants to buy GUESS watches, please come look for me! we are having sales up to 50% right now!~
fashion photoshoot today! was really looking forward to the shoot. the set up everything was done when i arrived. being a model was really great, there will be people around to service for you, hairstylist to do your hair and make up artist to touch up for you, there's even people to wipe your sweats away.
first was doing a shoot wearing my own clothes. then changed to the clothes the year 3 students have designed. i must say not all designs i think are wearable and nice, but there are some that i really think is cool.
throughout the shoot, was doing repetitive action/ movement shoot for like 60-80 frames. damn tiring! i never knew being a model is soooooo exhausting. my legs are practically shaking in the end. but afterall, the whole experiences are awesome.
the female model was pretty man~ another model is annie but she's in thailand so there would be another round of shooting next time.
the whole experiences were great. after the shoot, bused home and rest.
finally sentosa today! sentosa trip with hanlin. meet up in serangoon mrt station and then trained to sentosa. its been long since i last went to sentosa. really had fun today. after sentosa, went to vivocity to have dinner.
trained to town as i got to buy new shoes today for tmr's photoshoot. i've been asked by william teo to represent nafa fashion dept, and to model for the menswear. so bought my white shoes in fourskin in heeren. trained home afterwards.
hoping the next sentosa trip will be somewhere near. :)

a big boo for the fact, we gonna change class next year.
assessment's done. a big relieved finally. but i feels empty now, dunno what to do to kill time. lol. the assessment was okay. i just felt i screwed a little during my presentation for my research part. but overall, i tink i might pass. just hopes no one in our class fails.
after assessment, first time and the last time in year 1, we as a class had lunch over at bugis, fish and co, to celebrate natasha's 19th birthday. happy birthday nat~!
after the celebration, bused home with pandora and darwin. reached home, bathed and sleep as i didn't get to sleep the last night due to last minute chiong-ing project. sighed. at least, it's been paid off. :)
went back to school to do my sewing. went to look for ruby first and gave her my pattern making file for marking. all of a sudden, she came talking to me, asking me what happen to me. well, i was a little confused on what's she trying to say. or rather, what's she hinting me.
so i asked her, what does she means. she looked into my eyes and said, "rodney, i know you are a capable boy. i know you can do very well, and you knew it yourself too. so what happen?" i stunned for a moment and just gave her a blur look and go, "huh?"
once again, she repeated herself, this time, its like a slap in my face, a wake up call. i knew what she meant and i explained that i admit i was much lazier compared to semester 1. she told me other lecturers feedback-ed about me as well, which i was quite disappointed in myself. what the hell am i doing on this while?
"though there are many delays from you, but you showed that you are still able to manage. by right, you should have already finished your work by now. if you would have managed it well, your quality of work will be even better by now." that's what she told me. she advised me not to waste my time and not to do such things in second year.
it sets me thinking and reflecting about myself. not for anybody else but for myself, i shall strive even harder next time..

assessment in 5 days time. soon it will be a long vacation! woots! ^^ harry potter and the half blood prince is coming~ exciting new chapter unfolds, cant wait to watch it. :)
